Factory Source Thailand is a full upholstery manufacturer based in Bangkok. For over 40 years, our facility has produced sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans, and modular seating for hotels, developers, interior design firms, and furniture brands across Thailand and beyond.
We specialise in full upholstery only — foam, spring, fabric, and finishing, all under one roof. No hard goods, no outsourcing. What you commission is built here, by our team, start to finish.
We work with brand owners who don't have a factory. Low MOQ means you can launch a sofa line without committing to warehouse quantities. OEM for clients with their own designs. ODM for clients who want us to design it for them.
Beyond hospitality, we're one of the suppliers in Thailand manufacturing custom upholstery and fixtures for premium retail and lifestyle brands with stores across Bangkok — from Thonglor to Siam Paragon — alongside export orders shipped across Asia.
