What to Include
The more of this you can tell us up front, the closer our first reply gets to a real number rather than a range.
- Piece and quantity — sofas, lounge chairs, ottomans or modular seating, and how many per style. We start from 10 pieces per style.
- OEM or ODM — whether you have drawings, CAD files or a sample for us to build to, or want our design team to work from a brief.
- Fabric direction — bouclé, velvet, linen, performance fabric or leather. We stock a wide range and can source to a specific reference.
- Where it will be used — a hotel guest room, a lobby, a show flat and a private residence call for different foam densities and spring systems.
- Your installation date, if one is already fixed.
What Happens Next
We reply within one business day with an indicative price and the questions we still need answered. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Once the specification is agreed we build a sample for your approval. Production runs 8–12 weeks from that approval, depending on volume and how quickly the fabric can be sourced.
Every unit is inspected against the approved sample before it leaves the factory. Export orders ship freight-ready and crated; hotel and developer clients can request QC documentation with the delivery.
