The Brief
A Bangkok entrepreneur wanted to launch a premium sofa brand but had no manufacturing infrastructure. They came with moodboards and a size brief. We delivered three production-ready models.
How We Approached It
The client had a clear aesthetic direction — organic, soft-form sofas in neutral fabrics — but no technical drawings or upholstery specifications. Our ODM process started with a single meeting.
We produced three sketch variants for each of the three sofa types. The client selected one direction per piece and we moved to foam and fabric sampling within the same week.
Physical samples were signed off in three weeks from first meeting. Production of the initial 20-unit run per model followed immediately.
The pieces ship under the client's own brand label. We remain anonymous as manufacturer. All production documentation, foam specifications, and cut files are held on file for re-orders.
