The Brief
A hotel chain required 120 matching barrel armchairs across three properties for a brand-wide guest room refresh. Consistency of finish across all 120 units was non-negotiable.
How We Approached It
Large-volume hotel orders require a production discipline that is different from bespoke residential work. With 120 units, every variance in fabric tension, foam density, or stitching is multiplied across the fleet.
We implemented a per-batch QC process: every 10th unit was measured against a master reference for seat height, arm height, back angle, and fabric tension before the production run continued.
The 120 units were produced in three batches of 40, each delivered to the respective property with room-level installation documentation.
