A Bangkok property developer needed full upholstery packages for four show flats — sofas, armchairs, and ottomans — to be completed within a 6-week installation schedule.
How We Approached It
Show flat furniture has one job: make buyers feel that they want to live there. Every piece was specified for visual appeal at the target buyer's price point — premium-feeling without being intimidating.
We supplied identical upholstery packages for all four units to enable quick restaging between viewing groups. Pieces were selected for resilience under high-traffic conditions — show flats receive hundreds of visitors per week.
All pieces were delivered and installed within the agreed 6-week schedule, coordinated with the developer's fit-out contractor.
